Welcome to our website!  My name is Teresa Cordova and I work with Max Sanchez as his Licensed Real Estate Manager handling the many different facets of real estate.  My responsibilities while working with Sellers include coordinating pre-listing property repairs, print and internet property advertising, scheduling tours and open houses, market and internet updates and the maintenance of our feedback system.  During a sale I work to complete the purchase contract by tracking the many deadlines, coordinating inspections and repairs, working with the Mortgage and Escrow companies and helping to ensure a pleasant and quick closing experience for our clientele.  Additionally, I help to create Max’s promotional advertising and website design, management of client relations and any other real estate mission that comes our way.

Since starting my real estate career with Coldwell Banker Legacy in 1994 and working with Max for over eleven years, I have enjoyed the daily challenges this field offers and the continual satisfaction of knowing that I am a part of making the home selling and buying process smooth and successful.  Having been a licensed Realtor since 1993, I am fortunate to be working with the number one real estate company and the number one individual Realtor in New Mexico. Originally from El Paso, Texas, I relocated to Albuquerque, the “Land of Enchantment”, in 1990.  Here, I met my husband and have enjoyed raising our family in this fantastic city that offers a gorgeous climate and the great feeling of living in a place where people are so friendly.  I hope you will consider the move yourself; we would love to assist you.
